Booking Space
ALERT
We are currently experiencing higher than normal volumes of booking requests. Applicants may submit requests with start dates of July 21, 2025 or later at this time. All booking requests will be placed into a queue by date received and processed when possible.
We cannot guarantee that all requests will be considered before their start dates during summer 2025.
If you have already submitted a booking request, and have not received communication from Facility Rentals, it is currently in line for processing. You will be contacted when and if staff are able to coordinate your request. Updates on your request will be provided via the discussion tab on our online booking site.
The Facility Rentals Department coordinates the usage of district space outside of instructional time for both internal district use and community use. Various spaces are made available for rental in the district and can be requested by submitting an application .
