Volunteer Drivers should fill out the attached Volunteer Driver Registration form and then follow the steps in the attached flow chart.
- Apply for Criminal Record Check
- Obtain Driver’s Abstract
- Submit Registration Form along with driver’s license and insurance papers to office
- School will contact volunteer when all is approved
